Lecture by Tinne Zenner
Visual artist and filmmaker Tinne Zenner (b. 1986), graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in 2016, works with analogue film, digital renderings, and spatial installations. Her works move between the cinema and the exhibition space, examining the physical and cultural traces of Denmark’s colonial interventions in Greenland. This year, Zenner begins her practice-based PhD project Immaterial Extraction at Art Hub Copenhagen & University of Copenhagen, where she investigates mapping and data extraction in Kalaallit Nunaat in relation to neocolonial power dynamics and today’s geopolitical landscape.
Zenner’s lecture will take place on December 4, 16:00–17:30 at Funen Art Academy.
