Guided tours for people with special needs

The graduates of Funen Art Academy offer guided tours of GRADUATION 2026 for people with special needs

1 guided tour on Fridays 13:00–14:00
 during the exhibition period from May 21 to June 28
1 guided tour on Sundays 11:00–12:00 to during the exhibition period from May 21 to June 28

To book an appointment, please send an email to info@detfynskekunstakademi.dk no later than 4 days in advance. Let us know which time you prefer and whether you use any walking aids. Please note that the guided tour is personal, and it is therefore not possible for multiple people to book the same time slot.

Information for Visitors with Special Needs:
Funen Art Academy is unfortunately not accessible for people with disabilities. Therefore, as students, we would like to offer assistance to visitors in connection with the exhibition GRADUATION 26. An assistant provides practical support and helps ensure safe and comfortable movement by accompanying the visitor from one place to another.

The building contains several level changes with stairs, there is no accessible toilet, and the acoustics can be challenging. We are therefore available to support and accompany visitors so that their visit is as safe and accessible as possible. There will be two time slots available for booking each week, on Fridays and Sundays.

Please note that we do not have professional training in social or healthcare services, but we can offer reliable and supportive assistance. We provide assistance in a simple and straightforward manner, in situations where there is no need for intervention or correction regarding the person’s behavior. The assistance is intended for situations where the task is manageable and uncomplicated, and where the visitor can participate without requiring specialized support.
