3rd year exhibition / Funen Art Academy
The third year students of Funen Art Academy present – as the final part of their basic module – 13 individual snapshots of contemporary art. Incorporating a broad variety of media, which includes sculptural photography, video, site-specific installation, performative works and more, the year displays great diversity.
An impact of 13 expressions that through the students past three years at the academy have evolved side by side, both at school and elsewhere. The freedom granted to the artists in the choice of formats and processes for the works affirms Funen Art Academy’s history of progressive thinking on the top floor of Brandts.
The exhibition is organized in collaboration with students from Art History and Modern Culture and Cultural Mediation at the University of Copenhagen.
